A dramatic transformation of an existing space into a stylish, atmosphere-led hospitality venue.

This refurbishment turned a tired covered terrace into a striking indoor-outdoor lounge and dining space, blending sleek modern finishes with a strong sense of ambience. A herringbone parquet-style floor runs throughout, paired with a mix of granite and marble-effect table tops, plush upholstered seating booths, and statement pendant lighting — all set against moody LED accent lighting that shifts the whole space from relaxed daytime spa to atmospheric evening lounge.

A lush living plant wall and potted greenery soften the space, while full-height glazed sliding doors and retractable roofing let the venue flex between fully enclosed comfort and open-air alfresco dining. Cosy booth seating, freestanding sofas, and a well-appointed bar area round out a space designed for lingering — whether that’s a quiet coffee, a relaxed dinner, or drinks late into the evening.

From structure to finishing touches, this refurbishment shows how a tired space can be reimagined into a genuinely memorable one — proof that great renovation work is as much about atmosphere as it is about materials.
